We refer to our games, applications, website, marketing and advertising activities, and other services collectively as "Services".

Note: Payment information when purchasing merchandise or in-app is neither collected nor saved by Cybear Code. Payment information is only used by the payment service such as Google Pay or Paypal to process your oder.

Data collected on website are only non-personal such as:

  • OS version
  • Language
  • Platform
  • Interactions and actions
  • Time zone
  • IP address

All this information is collected, anonymized and aggregated by Google Analytics. So no personal information will be available for Cybear Code.

Information collected in games and applications

Our games and applications use third party services which may collect metadata and use log files to identify you. This may include information such as your device model the version of the operating system, the time and date you use our Services.
To improve the user experience in next developments, Cybear Code may process and analyze these data. Only non-personal, anonymized and aggregated data can be viewed by Cybear Code.

All ads displayed in our applications and games are served by Unity Ads SDK. Players and users will be notify of the privacy policy of this service when they use it for the first time. Additional options can be configured at that time, allowing users to opt-out of data collection.

When enabling Google play games services the information below will be received and stored:

  • Personal information you decided to set with a public visibility in your Google account settings
  • Email address

We recommend you to read Google privacy policy and review your privacy settings from time to time to make sure that you fully understand how your Google account information is shared.

Note: All user-created content in our games or applications (photos, audio note, videos, etc.) is stored locally on your device. This content is not collected and it does not transit over the Internet. Deleting the application or the game will permanently delete this content with no chance of recovering it later.

Non-personal data collected are used for statistical and analytical purposes such as statistics and insights on the use of our Services. We also use non-personal data to improve the user experience of our Services such as localization of the content and features compatibility.

We will delete data when we no longer require it but, by default, consider that information is stored without time limit.

If your information changes, let us know so that we can update our records. If you would like us to de-activate your records that we hold, please tell us. Once de-activated your data will not be accessible. Please note data deletion requests can take up to 60 days.

Marketing, In-app purchasing and opting-out

Direct marketing

Sometimes we will use personal information to tell you about our Services and our news, such as new games or new applications we are launching or merchandise we sell. You can opt-out if you don’t want to receive these information.

In-app purchasing

Some of our games and applications offer in-app purchases. If you don’t want to make in-app purchases, don’t use these paid-for options and consider disabling in-app purchases on your device.
